Machine Description:

Solid wall spiral winding pipe machine can produce 200-3000 diameter pipe; There’s thick wall pipe and light wall pipe produced by the machine; Thick wall pipe is used as underground push pipe and sewage pipe coupler. Light wall pipe is used as insulation pipe jacket.

Machine consist of: Forming Machine(same with hollow wall pipe and rib reinforced pipe), Single Screw Extrduer, Plate Mould, Cutting Machine, Stacker 2 sets.

Pipe diameter: Customized; 200-1200mm, 800-2000mm, 1200-3000mm and etc;

This machine has a very important part named forming machine. Forming machine can produce hollow wall winding pipe machine, rib reinforced pipe machine, spiral type double wall corrugated pipe machine.

Insulation pipe application: (diameter customized）

The spiral pipe can be used as pre insualted pipe jacket. Inner steel pipe, middle layer poly and ISO. Outer layer is spiral jacket

Spiral pipe coupler application: When produce the thick wall thickness, the tube can be used to manufacture the spiral pipe bell and spigot;
